"Absolutely excellent service from Joseph at the Oldham branch. He’s what a travel agent used to represent, happy, friendly and customer focused without being pushy at all with the “sales” . He honestly went over and above in helping me find the perfect holiday (and I gave him a task and a half that’s for sure but he never once lost patience). I visited 3 other travel agent stores and they really gave the impression of disinterest in both my holiday and their jobs. Very sad to be honest. People think the best deals are to be had online - but so much can go wrong that way - which is something I’ve past experience of. Barrhead travel bettered the prices I’d seen myself and got me a cracking deal with everything I asked for.
