"Went in for a full set of acrylics with shellac. They were wonky and bent, shellac wasn’t applied properly very patchy. I requested them to be soaked off while all staff were talking and staring at me clearly talking about me. I left the shop with a refund acrylic still on my fingers. They also was very ruff and burnt me. Been coming here for years they had always been good now there are terrible. Stuck with set acrylic powder and cut nails."

"Friendly, professional people. They gave me lots of time to look at shellac colours which I really appreciated. They were quick but never rushed (or made me feel rushed) whilst doing my nails, and gave my nails a lot of attention. I am very pleased with my nails, and overall experience. I asked for acrylic removal, and then shellac on natural nails which came to £25. I recommend others to come here, and I intend to be a repeat customer."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had. The guy wasn’t gentle at all. Two of my fingers are so red, I wanted to cry from the pain. When he was about to cut my cuticles and he picked up the tool there was someone else’s cuticle left there, he just brushed it off.. extremely poor hygiene, no sanitation.. Also I asked for an almond shape and each nail is in a different shape. I came in asking for a remove and re-do shellac which is £18. They charged me £35 which is double the amount I thought I would pay. When I asked why they didn’t give me a valid reason. The only reason I paid for this set was because I accepted it as a lesson not to trust the process when there were red flags right from the beginning. Overall I’m never coming back there and I wouldn’t pay even £10 for this quality of work. Very disappointed."

"I haven’t even had my nails on for two weeks and they’re already coming off. I had my appointment booked for the 11th at 13:20. I went in 10 minutes early and didn’t end up sat in a chair getting my nails done until just before 14:00. I’ve never had an issue there before and loved every set I’ve had. I showed pictures of what I wanted and this wasn’t it. I asked for a coffin shape yet they’re all different shapes, they’re all different lengths and they’re all different thicknesses. The underneath of them on the tips are drooping. I told the lady doing my nails that she’d made my index finger and little finger nail wonky and she told me it’s because of my fingers. Any other time I have been here they’ve always been straight. A few of the nails are also stuck to my actual skin from down the side of my fingers and I can’t get it unstuck. I also told the lady it was on my skin and she told me it would just scrape off. Down the side of 4 fingers are also infected which I’ve tried to clean with warm salt water and hasn’t done anything. Nobody was hygienic at all, my finger started bleeding from the drill so, she grabbed a bottle off the back and brushed a fluid on it, put the brush back in the bottle and put it back on the shelf. This made me question if this is why my fingers are infected and how many other people this has been used on."

"I genuinely can't believe how bad this is. So disappointed as I was in Leeds for the weekend to be bridesmaid for my mums wedding and had to attend the wedding with these horrible nails. I honestly wanted to cry. All the nails are different shapes and lengths, they'r'e bumpy and they curve around, they are painted so poorly. I was charged £45 for this and this is the end result after the manager tried to fix it. I am going to have to spend more money getting them fixed/removed. I would've just had them taken off then and there but I had to rush to my mum's wedding rehearsal. A complete waste of money, this is the worst quality I've had. The only good thing I could say is that manager seemed nice."
