"Booked in for builder gel via messenger, appointment was confirmed, and when I arrived, the lady behind the counter was quite abrupt. Told me my appointment was not booked in and was accidently put in for a different date and time. I told her I had made time to come to my appointment and had driven out quite far. She shrugged her shoulders and said what do you want me to do about it. Honestly so rude and unprofessional. Booking system is also rubbish. Avoid guys they are totally rude. I'll be putting it all over social media..never offered anything not even an apology. Instead I got what do you want me to do I can't do 2 people at once!! Rude, stay away."
"This was my first visit to the salon to have my armpits waxed. its the day after my treatment and I have painful burns under each arm. I definitely would not recommend this salon, I have been getting waxed for years and never have I experienced anything like this."
