After experiencing problems with other practitioners regarding fillers and Botox, I was understandably nervous about trying somewhere new but Lesley put me at ease within seconds and I knew instantly that I'd made the right decision and found the right one. "Had 1.1ml Lip Filler. This lady made me feel welcome and comfortable the moment she opened her door. Her clinical room was immaculately clean and prepped for my arrival. I have been to other Aestheticians who weren't as thorough and efficient as Lesley was. She not only explained pre and post treatment care, she provided me with in depth knowledge of the producy/filler she used, the technique and longevity of the product and explained her qualificationsand experience. I was pleasantly surprised to recieve a little gift bag containing a specially formulated lip balm, lip cooling gel pad and after care guide. Again this is something I haven't recieved from previous places, that extra attention really does make a difference to the customer and the experience as a whole, I was even covered with a blanket and given two squishy toys to clench onto if I felt any pain which I may add, was very minimal as you are numbed before the treatment. "I suffer with deep forehead depression lines, which feel are embarrassing, so to find an aesthetics business that take male clients was excellent. From the initial contact to the administration of the Botox product was so professional and made me feel at ease. Cleanliness is paramount with Lesley, but her knowledge and abilities make you feel at ease. Nervous around needles wasn't an issue on this occasion and the results are fantastic.
