"I visited this dental practice for the first time this month. The whole journey from start to finish was a really nice experience. When I first made contact to enquire, I found the reception staff to be extremely polite, very professional and knowledgeable, certainly skills that are very uncommon these days in a lot of people. My treatment plan was explained to me by the dentist herself (Caroline) and I was given a copy which I thought was excellent as this enabled me to read up and understand exactly what was going to happen. Caroline was really polite and very professional, I thought that her chair-side manner and the way that she treated me was great and I really appreciated this. During my treatment she was very informative and reassuring throughout. I have previously found dentists to be in a rush and quite dismissive but not this one. I found the fees to very reasonable and I would certainly recommend this dental practice to anyone. Thank you to Caroline and her team. 10/10"
