"Terrible customer service. Their booking page says nothing about needing a patch test, they then said they tried to call me numerous times however I received not a single missed call or voicemail. They didn't think to email! 4hrs before they cancel my appointment and charge me for it which is not allowed according to their own cancellation policy. They were so rude about it and even tried to lie their way out of it! Would never book with this salon again."
