"Not happy as iv been took of as i dint make it on time as was stuck in roadworks. and the other time i was late i rang them and said i would be 5 mins late ther said ok we still see you when i got ther ther turnd round and said we carnt see you as i was late but when i rang up ther said was ok but i always ring them if im late i travel from brampton far way into town not like i dont ring up and let them no so left withoutva dentis"

"Emailed asking for an appointment and to call be on my lunch break (this was sent an hour before I had my break so it's not like they didn't have loads of time to respond), didn't get a call back so I rang them. Phone went to voicemail about lunch meaning clinic was closed so I left a message to ring me back. Still have yet to receive a call!! Can't be bothered goose chasing so I've booked in another place. Absolutely appalled at reception "service", why advertise if you won't even give people an appointment!"
