"I have been with this practice for over 20 years and used to receive excellent treatment and service. However, since the recent departure of Mr Young and other staff the standard of treatment, customer care and service has unfortunately declined in my opinion to an unacceptable level. Even when they assure you that they will call you back with an answer they don't. Totally unacceptable service i am sorry to say. Think about your customers and get the old customer service back."

"Called several weeks ago to make an NHS appointment and was given one after the receptionist had checked I was still registered at the practice, called today to change the appointment due to ill health only to be told by a different receptionist I was not registered (despite being on the database), told the appointment was no longer available to me, told waiting time to be registered is 2 years, told I couldn't be re registered due to being deregistered previously. If I'd turned up on the day having not called, would they have turned me away. Probably if it had been the same inhuman receptionist as today. Disgusted. What's happened to this country with so many uncaring heartless jobsworths making the rules up as they want."

They continued working through covid and sorted my broken tooth as soon as they were able. Reception staff are helpful and accommodating. My long standing dentist retired during covid and the transfer over to a new dentist was smooth and stress free. Tammy Sykes has been there for years and is always very helpful and professional."

She gave me all the information needed to make decisions about my care. All the staff are so friendly and will help you with appointments to suit you and your work commitments, treatment plans and advise on the best treatment plan available. The service is excellent and I personally would not go anywhere else for professional dental care. Brilliant team of professionals working so hard to help all patients whatever their need’s."

"They used to be great, but now I just can't get an appointment. I've been trying to get my abscess sorted for over 14 months; I had an appointment, but they cancelled it 2 hours before I was due to go in. This meant that I had wasted a day off work, which was my last spare day. This isn't the first time this has happened either, they often don't tell you that your appointment is cancelled until you get there. If they let you know these things sooner, then you could rearrange days off."
