"Took my car for a radiator replacement and got 2 scuffs where it had been scraped on something and the 2 guys who where there Lewis and some colleague of his said it best to speak with manager Chris to get it sorted and he would be there to speak to the following week. There was no attempt of an apology for the damage and said it wasn't them but the car went in clear of any scuffs and came out with 2 new ones on the car. No attempt of a discounted price. It had been in the garage since Thursday and was told it would be done for Friday, but got done Saturday midday. Very slow service. They also had a stinking attitude towards my wife who dropped the car off to them on the Thursday, had no one ever heard of customer service these days. Right immature attitude. Won't be using these guys ever again, and neither will my family."

Rather than go for the quick sale, they were straight up and gave solid advice and were down to earth. They did a quick and professional tyre change for me and it was a good experience.
