"I must say this is the worst practice. I was there with my son. No photos were taken during the inspection. Fluoride!! was only applied to the aching tooth ... and it was decaying from the inside and it hurt. After a few months, it turned out that the tooth had to be extracted. I was obviously in shock. He is only 10 years old... And this is his adult tooth.He had a toothache and had to have it removed immediately. But the dentist didn't want to remove it, only wanted to report him to remover tooth at the hospital to wait 2 months... they are afraid to pull out their teeth which this is very unprofessional. And they're specifically blaming us.... because I was supposed to be late, and they didn't have time to get out tooth, which wasn't true .... I took the children from the practice. Very poor service and communication between reception and dentists. They change the time of the visit but do not inform about it. They are terrible unprofessional.. . The dentist did not want to hear that the tooth needs to be extracted and not treated any more...I tried to tell and explain but I couldn't because she interrupted me 3 times. And I had to say that he needs to be pulled out and the treatmen she is doing now no make sense ... She yelled at me ..... She showed her lack of manners. She screamed that with great grace she could finally pull out the tooth.... I was shocked. One thing is for sure. I will never go back there."

"I Found this Dental practice very good.and they went out of their way to help me with my tooth so I could have a lovely photo for my 6oth Birthday.I would fully recommend this Dentist very nice and lovely service."

"Had a large awkward tooth extracted by Nathan. He explained everything and was very kind. The dental nurse was also really good. And I'd just like to say that Kim and (Chrissy ? ) On reception are very helpful and pleasant. We are quick enough to complain about things. So it's nice to give credit where credit is due"

"Absolutely disappointed In this practice, rang for appointment and the Nathan answered,yes there is an appointment, explained what the appointment was for ,he then asked for £180 upfront,and that was paid , when asked what the payment was for ,he replied it's to put the cap back in and there maybe further small payments, at no point did he inform me this was the cost of the appointment, spoke to the manager about why was I not charged for a normal appointment £72.00 , I was told the practice manager would look into it , low and behold,guess who rang me ??? Yes Nathan, and his attitude was your not getting a refund,So what are you wanting!!!!!!! Wonderful customer service, I think not"
