"I was looking for a new hairdresser when someone recommended Liga from this salon. I had the worst experience in my life. I asked for highlights and we agreed on next Saturday. She asked me if I can come in earlier that day, I had no plans so I went, turns out that she already had a client in her chair and she was then working on both of us at the same time. I was sitting with the bleach in my hair for 2h. The chair is not that comfortable to be sitting there for 4h all together. In the salon the kids were running up and down leaving the door open in cold autumn day. Liga was so rough with handling and brushing my hair it hurt a whole week after. I have never had anyone pull my hair as hard as she did, I couldn't hold my head and my neck was nearly dead by the time she finished putting foils in. She was washing my hair as if she was doing laundry, pulling and brushing my hair with force, it made lots of my hair break and fall. My hair was fried and extremely dry after her appointment. When messaging her later she told me that it's normal to keep 20% bleach in hair for 2h. I'm sorry but if I, an unqualified client know that it can't be left for as long, surely a hairdresser should know that. I ended up paying extra £120 for hair botox in a different salon, so I wouldn't want to shave them off. In the attachment the hair is bushed. It was just impossible to do anything with them. The ends of my hair are more healthier than the roots, because obviously Liga is not trained well enough"

"I was really nervous about going to a new hairdressers and really looked into this salon. I had friends who had been here and were more than happy to give the place a glowing review. They were also extremely engaging and helpful when I was booking my appointment. I certainly am not disappointed at all!! On walking in Kate was busy, which is a good sign because for one business is good and two, she did not rush the lady before me and took every care to make sure she was happy with her hair before starting on mine. While waiting, I was always being spoken to and offered countless drinks which was nice. Kate took so much time and care over my hair, listening to exactly what I wanted. I did not, however, imagine it would look as amazing as it did!! The whole atmosphere in the salon is friendly and cheerful, the decor is modern and uplifting and the talent of the stylists is just amazing!!! I'm already looking forward to my next visit with excitement!! Thank you so much ❤"

"Did mine and my daughters hair. The prices are extremely competitive. Lovely salon. Lovely people. I have bad anxiety about having people touch my hair but Katie did a wonderful job on mine like she had been doing it for years. Walked away with exactly what I asked for. She took her time and did a lovely job. Her associate did a wonderful job with my daughters hair too and was so kind to her. Thank you!"
