"My boyfriend booked me a surprise appointment yesterday for 28th dec he paid 45.00 deposit, I attended today for a patch test. When I got there the place looked untidy I decided when we got home to cancel the appointment which is in 8 days time, to be told it’s non refundable even tho it’s in 8 days time avoid this place"
"First appointment left me a little disgruntled as the lady doing it kept going off and talking to other people, I had to return as she had not trimmed the sides correctly. Also she had to get someone else to finish the cut on the top of my head. I attended for my pre-booked and deposit paid for second appointment to be told that my stylist had left and no one could do my hair, this was very upsetting, but I appreciate unavoidable. What I didn’t expect was to be told that I hadn’t paid a deposit when I knew I had whatever mistake had happened by the stylist taking my money isn’t my fault and she told me that I paid an additional amount as a deposit for my next appointment , please do not use this salon, there is another review on here telling you that they have done this before. I am surprised that they are getting away with taking your money in advance and then not even given it back. The salon also said they didn’t have my phone number I appreciate that things go missing but under GDPR surely my information that was taken should be kept private."
"Tash is an amazing professional, very kind and with great attention to detail. She completely transformed my hair and even after bleaching the condition of my hair is very healthy. I got many compliments from everyone, including my family in Greece who were really impressed and will be visiting when they come over! All staff are really nice and the atmosphere very positive, definitely recommend!"
