"Reserved an fridge freezer from Facebook, paid deposit and was let down twice. No communication whatsoever about them not showing up, when confronted said ‘we are in the trades for over 40 years we are not conning men’ however, did not answer calls and he’s gone and deleted our conversation on Facebook a day later. I have no trace or evidence of this even happening now. I asked for a refund of my deposit after being let down first time but I guess I will never see the money again. Appalling customer service. I’m now stuck with a broken freezer with limited options before Christmas. I shall count my losses but hope you have a Merry Christmas after ruining mine. I will make a report to national fraud with the details I have."

"This company is nothing but a way of parting people with their hard earned cash. Having bought an Indesit washer dryer off them, which then failed after a dozen uses, they have failed to honour the 6 month warranty. Despite repeated calls and texts over a 5 week period, they have failed to come out on four occasions to repair the machine. They have also declined to replace or refund the machine leaving me no option but to talk to trading standards and the small claims court. Washer dryer was delivered to Maddocks Road, just so that the owner wonders or asks which one. Unfortunately, you cannot leave no stars as a review."

"If only I could give these clowns a 0. Made a bank transfer and then was made to chase them for a washing machine I had paid for over a month ago. they will make up excuses after excuses. once the washing machine was delivered it ended up being different to the one ordered in the first place and to make matters worse it stop working after 2 days use. It then took another 2 weeks to get a replacement, excuses after excuses. It doesn't end there after all that the washing machine I have now is turning electrics off to all property and I have been advised not to use because it could be water getting into circuits which could be dangerous. they are now not answering my calls. Guys please stay well clear of this company it looks like they know what they are doing they are conning people left right and center buy yourself a new appliance and save yourself the money in the long run."

"My parents bought a washing machine with these guys, paid them money on bank transfer, eight days later no washing machine but lots of excuses, so I asked for a refund. Two weeks later and still no money back. Nice enough people but completely incompetent, and don’t pay them until you have the goods in your possession or you’ll probably never see it."
