"The dentist I see is perfect always great when I have my check up and thorough. The reception staff however could do with some training. Trying to book an appointment (after been told every 2 years from my dentist) for the receptionist to think she is more qualified and I should have already been seen and tried to push for an appointment sooner. Feel like just want me in to get more money but do not realize I need to take a day off work to go to the dentist. Dentists are great reception need improvement not to be so arrogant to customers"
