"worst experience I had yesterday because of a member of the staff.A lady treated me and my child very badly that I will never ever go to this store again - it was just before closing time and I was trying to find the right size for my son who tried few different shoes and sizes ..when i found one and went to the till she asked if I did the all the mess - yes we try few different things and finalise what we like - she was so so rude to me ..im a very loyal and regular customer of this store but now I would never want to go and also tell my friends not to visit again."
