"After typically servicing my BMW's at Stratstone over the years, I found that their quote of £420 for a BMW X5's first service at around 16k miles was STEEP to say the least. A friend recommended German Autohaus, and I received a quote for just under £200 for the same job, all to warranty spec, and all systems would be updated as they are registered with BMW to do this. Booked it in, waited only a week, dropped in at 9.30am, and was done by 1pm ish. SUPERB SERVICE. Very friendly and professional mechanics, and it seems they will go the extra mile for their customers. "We got caught out mid journey with the EPC warning light coming up on our Polo. Phoned up and the chap I spoke to said he was probably too busy to be able to quickly fix the problem, but he would run a diagnostic while I waited so at least I could see what was wrong. Five minutes later I was there, he dropped what he was doing, connected up his computer and let me know what the fault was. VERY helpful place and strongly recommended."
