Rob was really kind and took the time to explain to me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. I had to pop back a day or two after collecting the car with another query and Rob was quick to help out again and, I felt, went above and beyond (opened up the garage especially to look at my car, on his day off) to put the problem right. He checked the car thoroughly to make sure there was nothing else to worry about and was reassuring at every point.
