"Well my insurance company suggested this branch, told me my car would be picked up from home a hire car also dropped off, when I contacted them nothing like that, the woman said no you will have to bring the car and take it home then wait for a repair date then bring it back for repair at that point you could have a hire car. I rang my insurance and cancelled the repair at jct600. I decided to go to virtu vw Mansfield who were a lot more helpful I fact I week after the accident the car is in being repaired."
