"If this the right team, last night Tuesday 7th Feb 2023 they were called out by the AA to recover my vw golf in Sheffield, whilst the first guy was blunt and rude he told me the issue with my car that left me in a scared state with the experience I'd had with my car and waited 3 hours for, the second guy who recovered my car with one hell of compassion and knowing I'd been waiting at that point 4 hours noticing I was cold took me into his own cab and pitting heating on for me and was very friendly with me and ensured I was looked after I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you to the mansfield group for there swiftness and ability to look after me right till the end. The second guy took time out while I was in his vehicle to talk to me and get to know me and was able to value me and my opinions with compassion. Thank you to the second guy. The first one that came out needs to learn customer services skills and learn compassion instead of talking to me like I eas just another job. that's why the 4 stars not 5"
