"Brilliant company. Looked after my 17 year old son buying his bike. Always had time for him, explained everything and guided through the process. The attention to detail on the bike outstanding. Rode away with a new bike, brilliant after care and keep informed of services and offer time for any questions or checking of the bike. Steve, Sarah, Scott thank you. Highly recommend. Just wanted to add after experiencing after sales service, I cannot recommend these guys enough. Had a few warranty issues but these guys came straight out to collect my bike, went out of their way worked so hard with Sarah resource parts to Steve and the mechanics dropping everything to get my bike back on the road because I need my bike for work. "Not professional. They are fixing a problem and I'm braking down shortly afterwards. Keep taking it to them and it's costing me a packet on repairs they should have diagnosed first off. Back again for the 5th time. Lets see if they get it right now the AA have looked at it. Lets see the cost and if they fix it. I am using them because they are a local garage.
