"Took my car for a noise it was making but they decided to change the brake and disks for no reason and the noise was still there. A few days later they finally sorted the noise such was to do with the AC but they charge a lot so I would avoid this and stick to burngreave Mot and service center."
"I arrived at the service station after booking my vehicle in for a full service. They weren't expecting me when i arrived, and when i went to pick it up they gave me an unitemised invoice. When i asked what had been done, i just got the response 'the normal things'. When i went to another garage that i use frequently a year later, they told me all my filters were filthy and definitely hadn't been changed for a few years (i know this as i physically saw the filters). Will not visit this garage again."
"Great to have a garage you can trust - I have been using this garage for a few years, but most recently took in a new car to have the brakes checked as they were making a strange sound when reversing. After testing the brakes the garage told me that they look brand new. After doing some research I found the noise is actually a common problem with Land Rover & replacing the brakes only temporarily fixes the issue. Really impressed with the service as they didn’t charge a penny to look at the car, and didn’t try to sell me something the car didn’t need like new brake pads. Would recommend to everyone."
