"The dental practise were able to fit me in on the same day I called - as the emergency slot was free - otherwise my appointment would have been early February for a replacement filling. As a wheel chair user ramps have to be placed at the stepped entrance. Oliver and is team could not be more helpful, kind and patient. Thank you for a good job done."
"Disgusting service - No loyalty whatsoever ! Called them on Christmas Eve to make an appointment for a filling whenever was convenient with them and got told that even though i have been going to this dentist for over 45 years, that i had been unregistered from them without any prior warning and they would not re-register me to help get my tooth fixed. I understand that i had not been for a few years but surely i should have been written to asking whether i had found another dentist or stay registered, but i heard nothing. So as it's hard to register with dentists these days i have to suffer in pain over the Christmas period until i find another dentist. Personally i think that is disgusting considering i have been going to this dentist since i was a kid and probably been there longer than most of the actual practitioners - Shocking !"
