"Wow, I have never had a better experience than moving into Chapel Wharf. The staff are absolutely AMAZING and go completely above and beyond for even the smallest requests, particularly the guys Rob and Andrew who are always on hand to help with anything overnight - they are super helpful and friendly. Liz is absolutely fantastic as well, again - so friendly and welcoming, always around to help and was an absolute star when I had to go to hospital. Swaren is great too, always asking how we are and chatting to us. Genuinely can’t fault them and the service they provide, day in and day out. I always recommend my friends to live here as it is such a pleasant place to live. Everything on your doorstep, brilliant team and the apartments are lovely. The parcel system is fantastic as well and so is the gym - two floors! The only downside is the storage (the drawers look lovely but fit virtually nothing in!), the fridges are tiny (you can ask for a mini one free of charge) and there’s no space in the storage cupboard to put things like hoovers etc. Also the carpets look very cheap but other than that, everything else is fabulous. I love living here so much but the best part is hands down the staff who make the process of moving in so seamless. Clement delivered our show around and was very thorough to make sure we were happy with everything. Teddy was fab showing us around as well before we moved in. Can’t thank them all enough."

"I don’t actually live here, but it’s certainly not for the want of trying. I’ve been trying to move here for some time, and recently gave notice on my current flat ready to make the move to Chapel Wharf. I’ve sent numerous enquiries and normally had fast informative responses of availability etc. however my last response I feel is nothing short of unacceptable, and it’s clear this company is out for the money and to hit rental targets. I was advised that the only available studio was a brand new 14th floor in the latest released block but above my budget. I declined on that basis and said there must be more available over 4 blocks, but was offered nothing. The following week a studio, again brand new in the latest released block on 13th floor became available within budget, but by this time it’s too late I’ve had to renew my old tenancy because they said nothing else was available. However today I see there’s now miraculously a third flat available on the 11th floor within budget. Why were these not offered originally? I know, because this company is letting out the highest floors first which are at the highest prices to meet targets and saving the lower priced flats until last. I’m very disappointed with my experience and expected much better from a well know Developer."
