"One of the worst letting agencies I have seen, I rented a house through them which is not in great shape, they say it's fully managed, etc but doesn't want to do anything, I was thinking of buying a house through them but not walking through that door again. They just want to take high rents from you & rest is none of their's concerns. There are better agents out there who are more customer-oriented than themselves.
