"Totally ignored after checked in, greeted and sorted others requests whilst I sat being ignored, upon questioning after 30 minutes worst excuse ever (didn't know I was there) even though they sat me at a covid table with no less than 3 different strangers taking it in turn to sit opposite me and being served, upon collection of vehicle before setting off/starting vehicle I checked the oil level, it looked dirty and thin, would have complained but not got anywhere fast, totally ignorant staff. Stratstones at there best!"
