"Never have I had such bad service bought a cooker 4th October 2021 and it hasn't worked properly at all I received it about a week late and scratch it takes at least 1 hour 40 minutes to cook anything like a few chips.iv had to deal with a third party company that came out and fixed a loose wire the cooker shop are refusing to replace or refund just be careful because she'll be all nice on the phone whilst getting your money.i will be going to ombudsman with my evidence and still can't Cook my disabled children a decent meal personally don't know how they sleep at night absolutely disgusting update had a professional cooker shop look at the cooker and they confirmed 2 parts where broken and the cooker wasn't working I'm now taking legal action"
