"I came today and was looked after by Grace. She listened to what I wanted, didn’t forget about me whilst I was having my shampoo and leave in treatments and spent her time on my hair. I wanted a colour which I hadn’t initially booked in for and she still fit me in! She made my hair feel so beautiful today and after going through hair loss due to poor health she really made a world of difference. Highly recommend this Salon, it truly feels like a treat to come here and the drinks are impeccable :) Definitely my holy grail salon. All the staff are so kind x"

"Do not use! As a treat I booked in a mani/pedi ready for a family holiday coming up, the appointment was made via phone over two and a half months ago (plenty of notice as had to arrange time off work / child care), I was left a voicemail this morning advising the lady who I am booked in with isn’t qualified to complete the appointment and therefore need to re-book with another lady. I of course call back to arrange and get told she can only do afternoons, I advise that’s not suitable as I’ve booked the morning off work and haven’t been provided with enough notice to change (less than a week until I was due in), plus I only have childcare in the morning. The manager comes on the phone to advise they aren’t able to full-fill the booking and he has cancelled, I asked if it’s possible for a weekend slot or call the other salon to see if they have any availability that suits, he refused and hung up the phone! Although the staff were polite, I’m extremely disappointed with this outcome."
