"Appalling, avoid! Arrived with my daughter at 10.45 for 11am prebooking. There was no reception staff, we waited in doorway area for twenty minutes, finally we was acknowledged & told to wait up top. Walk in appointments where being prioritised over us. Finally got in chair at 12.05. Was no sorry for delay or any politeness at all. We will not go again average quality nails, disgusting customer service. Lots of other nail saloons avoid this place at all costs"

"Best if you can book your appointment rather than just turning up as you can be liable to a long wait. Staff are friendly and very professional who will always try and accommodate any pattern. Most people tend to find a pattern or style on the Internet and take it with them on their phones. It is cash only no cards so make sure you go to the bank although they will allow you to run out to the bank whilst waiting. Can they usually give you a price at the time of booking, I found via Facebook or Instagram works although they also take phone bookings They are a very talented bunch of girls and their work is to high standards. I can highly recommend my daughter would not go anywhere else."
