"I think Leopold court is a godsend for people who have found there lives upside down. The staff are friendly and helpful and if u stick to the rules they will try there best for you. Thank you for the help and not judging me."
"Staff are difficult at the best of times and unprofessional, the rules such as curfew, no knives, no visitors, not allowed to eat in your bedroom, separating males and females and long gone off food dates are ridiculous. Expect alcoholics and addicts to be living there too!"
"Had no problems if you play by the rules no fighting on drugs or alcohol on the premises and stick with the staying out rules I found the staff helpful and friendly and a cupple that go beyond of what they have to do.. If your homeless and won't to turn your life around or just find your self in a bad situation and need a stepping stone I recommend you come here...."
"Homeless hostel run by RBH in Rochdale. It's full of drug addicts, ex offenders and those with either Physical/mental disabilities usually. This however is not why I put my rating. I came here several times and I watched a person be thrown out on to the street because they suspected he had alcohol in his room. After searching his room and finding non they still threw him out. They also have a complaints procedure for both residents and those who live in the local area wishing to complain about residents, all complaints are ignored. I also wouldn't be surprised if this was a money laundering scam as the rent charged is over £1000pcm for each resident (there are 27 beds) and they also take a £35pw service charge."
