"Horrible service. I booked it on 17th Jan first. Got a call from the centre and rescheduled for 20th Went for free brake check and might take the paid service if needed. I come here 10am. Been told it may take 2 hours, no problem then been told another 2 hours, said no problem again. Then been told soon will be. Don’t know when it will be checked. Even the guy was in reception it seems to me doesn’t care. I took service before from halford in London which was the best. Never again"

"Took a tyre in with a screw in it. Was told that the tyre was worn uneven and this would damage the wheel bearing on my car. He didn't know I was a mechanic and I know this doesn't happen. Took my car somewhere else, they said tyre worn even and I felt the tyre myself while rotating it. Guy at Halfords trying to rip me off."
