"Basic, Pretty clean apart from a strange and suspicious looking drip stain on the wall - how do you get drips up there ?? Would have been nice to get a coffee machine instead of cheap sachets. Apart from that, good location, with Costa and Pub just across the road, both pleasant. No one on Reception at any time during my short stay, always needed to ring a number for attention, but quickly answered. Breakfast boxes, I enjoyed it despite it being a rip off, should have gone to Costa. Also, again had to ring someone at reception to get it. Not exactly a breakfast in bed place."
"Hey hey trouble looks well what can I say about the radio it was basic just to bed and a TV with Charlotte area no cooking facilities whatsoever so we were stumped and yet there was a pull just across the way that offered meal but I wouldn't recommend the conscience of the reasons varied every day Saturday and Sunday the price seem to go up to £60 a night why I'll never know it's just as busy through the week as what it is at the weekend there should be a set rate for certain amount of days that you stay there not rip everyone off left right and Center being a Time Magazine reporter I'm only telling facts"

"Picked this place to stay due to a wedding the next day. It was affordable and clean. The only downside was guests being a little inconsiderate in the corridors at night. Other than that it was what we needed. Customer service was fab! Made to feel right at home as soon as you get in the door."
