"Leaving a review on behalf of my mam and step dad who stayed here 22/11/22. They were staying here due to hospital visits. After what was a stressful time finding the hospital, they found this hotel no problems. On arrival they noticed straight away how clean and presentable the hotel was. They met what they believed to be the very friendly manager who was very approachable, friendly, supportive and a credit to premier inn. She went above and beyond to make my parents feel welcome. Keep up the great work and looking forward to our next stay."

"Great reasonably priced hotel, you always know what to expect with a Premier Inn and I think this stay was a little better. We only stayed for a night but felt taken care of, and made use of the features of the Premier Plus room, including the mini fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. After we arrived I went back down to ask if we could get any soya milk to make tea/coffee with, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful, and got us some from the kitchen to take up and use, and they definitely weren’t stingy about it, we got a litre! Mini fridge came in handy there. I’d highly recommend this hotel and the staff were just great. Also if you park in the MediaCityUK multi-storey car park adjacent to the premier inn, make sure you get your parking validated at reception to bring the price down to £11 for 24hrs"

"Nice hotel, friendly staff and overall apart from a great night's sleep a cracking breakfast. Area has a few bars/restaurants etc around it (of which we partook of a few :) ) Parking is a bit steep at £24 for 24 hours at the local Multistory but it's discounted to £11 if you get your ticket validated by the hotel. Would I go again, for sure.. Nice Hotel, really nice staff and as I said before, a cracking breakfast.. whatever else you need, well that's your choice...."

"Great room and bathroom, made us wait 20-30 mins as our room lacked one towel. Therefore, the system couldn't show our room as being ready. But, no one sorted that out instead they just handed me the towel. Could've done that in the first place without wasting my 30 mins. Other than that, everything is perfect and so is the location."

"Everything was absolutely perfect with this room... that was until 7am this morning when they decided now was a good time for maintenance work. I thought Premier Inn was the home of the good night guarantee? Not this one. I was awoken to the sound of incessant banging reverberating through metal pipes and echoing through the walls - and don't even get me started on the drilling. Ridiculous behaviour. If you intend on getting a good night's sleep, stay well clear of this place."
