"Yesterday I would have given the 5 stars turned up perfect. Today taxi pre-booked 745 both days waited till 755 no taxi rang on way 805 no taxi rang ohh your on priority. Waited waited rang and rang no one picked up. Taxi didn't turn up then I gave up at 840 still no taxi. I got a message to say can't find you do you want to rebook? No I wanted a car at 745 as I had pre booked. So disappointed. So cross. If I could I'd give them -5."
"Do NOT use Amber if you need to catch a pre-planned train/plane. You can pre-book, but it won't turn up! You'll call up and they'll say they can't guarantee the booking, and nobody will be available in the area. Almost missed my flight by a couple of minutes as I had to book another firm to take me to the airport. DO NOT EVER USE AMBER!"

"Great new app and taxi service for Leeds area. They’ve bought up a load of the old local taxi firms to create a huge fleet of drivers. The drivers all say they are paid far better than UBER and it’s way cheaper too. UBER doesn’t even work anymore. I’ve moved all my business and leisure trips to AMBER…"
