"Once past the front door the experience was five star, but accessibility is poor for a wheelchair user. There is no way of opening the front door from a wheelchair, nor is there any means of requesting help. Access is then up a slope and over the threshold, requiring the chair to be tilted and the door to be held back by someone squeezed against the wall. I would have thought that this does not meet current guidance. The reception staff were brilliant and helped as soon as they knew the need. The dentist was very caring and thoughtful. So no complaints about the service at all."
