"Currently going through a complaint re poor service. Appointment (nhs) cancelled multiple times. Then got email saying appointments available but couldn't get through as not enough people taking calls. First 2 replies to complaint very poor. 3rd better. Will probably have to take to ombudsman. Whilst dentist side is good, customer service and operational management is weak. I've only been with them 30 years and will probably have to leave. Disappointed"
