"Took my car for its first MOT to this garage. Had a 2pm appointment and when I arrived I was met by very friendly and proficient staff in reception. Furthermore the mechanic was ready to take my car keys and get on with the test immediately. I returned an hour later and my car was ready (how often does this happen when using service centres).
