"I had a really alarming sound on my front tyre, panicking and not been able to see anything that really stood out (from a woman’s first glance ha!) I rang my partner and he contacted the nearest garage, I’m always nervous when it comes to garages because you can be waiting a long time to be seen, or a woman walking in you can get your eyes ripped out - however, Just Cars and Vans were with me within 10 minutes of the call, the mechanic who came out was very friendly and I was made to feel at ease and calm. He asked me to follow him to the garage and that I shouldn’t worry about the noise as it sounds worse than it is, and it turns out it was a tiny stone that was trapped grinding off my break disc, so caused it yo make so much noise! The staff were friendly and really welcoming., making me feel totally as ease! It’s a garage I would now go out of my way to visit again as I felt totally comfortable! Thank you for such a lovely encounter! As a young woman it’s always daunting going into a male dominant area but having a lovely lady there and friendly men I didn’t once feel uncomfortable. Thank you so much again!"

"We bought our first Campervan from Justin and Sarah in August 2022. The service was excellent, and both Justin and Sarah are really friendly and helpful, I can't fault any part of the service they provide. We have taken the van back several times for additional work, such as Alloy Wheels, wind-out awning, and Solar panels, and each and every time they have been brilliant. I even took the van back as I had had a little accident and dented the door, as well as had an accident with the wind out awning due to wind. It was sorted quickly and at a reasonable price. Should we be in the market for another one we will definitely be visiting Just Cars and Vans as the first port of call. I would also have no hesitation recommending it to other people.
