"I have phoned this practice twice and left 2 voicemails seeking an appointment for our son. No one has attempted to return our call. As a parent seeking the best treatment for a child in MH distress this is appalling."
"We have been seeing Dr Oppenheim for the last 7 years. Our son was not attending school and had very high anxiety. Dr Oppenheim assessed and then diagnosed him with ASD and gave us step by step instructions and support to help him back into school. Which were successful. We have had appointments every 3 months without fail through the many ups and downs that come with school & teenage years. Dr Oppenheim has always been correct in her assessment and picked up on any issues we need to address. Her secretary has been amazing too especially when we have required urgent appointments by telephone or zoom. I have recommended Dr Oppenheim to many people because of her thorough assessment, caring but to the point discussions with my son and her ability to talk on his level. Her experience is invaluable."
"Audrey has supported our daughter and ourselves via video link for the past year via her private practice. She diagnosed our daughter and made recommendations for her care that have enable our daughter to make huge strides in her ability to cope with the world of today. Sometimes Audrey has given feedback or made recommendations that have been difficult to hear but these have always been in the best interests of our daughter and although we didn't always agree with her, she was invariably right in her assessments."
"I can highly recommend Dr Oppenheim she has been fantastic for my son. The difference in my son prior to her involvement in his treatment and today is like night and day and has honestly been life changing. Her advice, treatment plans and coping strategies have been spot on for us and our son."
"Having never had to see a psychiatrist before I didn't know what to expect but I concur with the other 1 star reviews on here, from our experience this lady had no bedside manner or empathy with my son who was obviously struggling to be there and answer questions about his challenges. I went to see Dr Oppenheim as I suspected my son had ADHD, we had 4 appointments with her and she said he didn't have ADHD, she said she thought it was ASD instead. When we received her report it said he had ASD and she suspected ADHD and that he should be assessed for it - this is the first time she'd mentioned this after my initial thoughts!! The report she sent through was full of factual inaccuracies. I would go elsewhere. It definitely is all about the money, we very much felt like a number to her."
