"An absolute shambles. Was ok ish before covid but gone majorly downhill post covid. Minimum 3 - 4 week wait to see a dr, put on waiting lists for basics such as ear syringing all topped of with appalling attitudes from both doctors and admin/receptionists - complete robots that need retraining and/or reminded of what job they choose to do and that compassion and understanding should be the bare minimum when dealing with sick patients! Terrible surgery absolutely terrible!!"

"Firstly the much stereotype criticising secretary's does not apply at the surgery. They have always been kind and considerate when dealing with any issues I may have and very professional. I find the Klinik online system to be one of the best systems a surgery can use for those that have Internet access. If I am needed to be seen then a doctor may in the first instance contact me by phone but if I am needed to be seen then they will do so and on may occasions it has been the same day.
