"Walked in to receptionist and 2 other females all just sitting on their phones watching videos laughing. They are rude, unprofessional and make it very obvious they don't care. In particular the blonde receptionist is very rude, I do not believe she should be in a customer facing roll i have never experienced customer service like this... shocking. They only have 1 dentist now at this site so that's why you cannot get an appointment, if he is on holiday they don't get cover they just make you wait until he is back no wonder noone can get seen. Once you are seen it is rushed and not thorough. It seems more about the money with this place rather than a place of dental care. Do not recommend at all. Such a shame because this used to be a lovely dentist when Dr Greening was there."

"By far the worst dental surgery I have been too! As in previous comments, this surgery has gone downhill rapidly! No appointments available, apparently they don't do hygienist appointments, my husband has had a filling which fell out within a week, went back after call after call they did it again went to a new dentist and was told it was rotten and needed taking out so they were clearly not doing what was in the best interest of the patient! So glad I moved my family away from this practice!"

"This is a disgraceful surgery. Nobody is helpful. Its a shambles. The blonde manager is so rude an unprofessional. She has no way of communicating with respect or care yet she is a job where duty of care is meant to be the core of what they do. They dont care if your in pain or that appointments are late they just dont want to work. It is shocking."

"Haven't been able to get in on both recent requests, telling me months to get in. The reception staff are disinterested, blunt, unhelpful and rude. Each time I've been forced to seek out expensive private treatment. None of us in my family have received reminders for check ups for a while including my 14 year old son. They are clearly using covid to justify this poor service and staffing."

"All the staff from the dentist to the reception team are dealing with a situation that is out of their control. Despite this they come to work every day and do what they can. The abuse they receive is unacceptable and I want to thank them for doing what they can with the situation at hand. :)"
