"Called in last Tuesday at 10.30am. The guy in the cabin at the front (was he the manager?) was just ignorant. Twice I said "morning" to him - no response from him. No warmth, no smile. The lad who fitted the replacement tyre was spot on though, hence 3 stars, but the experience was spoiled by Mr grumpy. Wasn't impressed by him at all - clearly not a morning person...!"
