Fine, theses thing happen, staff advised they placed my order with another branch and it would be ready for collection at 11am the next day. Called to collect at 2 pm and they weren't delivered, asked us to come back. Refused as this would have been the 3rd journey, so they agreed to deliver which they did later in the day. Very disappointed with the whole experience"
