"I visited Dr S for a consultation as I have never had any similar procedures done before. He was very understanding and took time to understand my needs and what I was hoping to get from a procedure (and why!) before discussing options and treatments. The treatment plan was discussed openly with reasons for the options and I was given options to go away and think about - absolutely no pressure! I took time to think and then booked in for the following week. The procedure was explained fully so I knew what to expect - including the aftercare.
