"After 18 years with this practice I’m leaving! It’s took me since January to even get an appointment with the nurse for my bloods (it’s now April!) only to find that I need treatment. They are saying that I have to go to central Chadderton surgery to get treatment. I signed up to south chadderton because that’s the area I live in. They are point blank refusing to treat me at the surgery I originally signed up to and saying that I have to travel from more or less new Moston where I live to central chadderton! I explained that I don’t drive and work full time. They said I’ll have to take time out of work to go get the injection because they stop giving them at 3 pm. These injections have to be done every other day. It’s a total shambles them joining woodlands; rude reception staff, constantly been denied access to healthcare, completely unacceptable and useless appointment system for people that work. Woodlands healthcare practice should be utterly ashamed of themselves! Also reported this to the CQC."

"Very disappointed. I've just had a call from Dr Sharma and she said to collect my prescription from them and to knock on their door. I knocked on the door and the reception window and waited. I then see a sign telling us to call the practice and NOT to knock so I call and still no answer. I am.stranding there with a poorly child and spot Dr Sharma and try getting her help to my surprise I get the cold shoulder and brushed away and ignored. She tells me to go to reception and wait so I explained that I already have done and that I was told to knock this door. I tell her I've been waiting. Still get ignored. Then she tells reception someone's there to collect a prescription. When I think finally we have help they can't find the prescription! It was later found under a pile of paper. At this point I am seriously thinking if changing Gps. They are unprofessional unorganised and 5pm no excuses."

"This practice needs closing immediately, this is a typical experience of using this centre. First of all it takes an age to get through to the rude receptionists, when you do you can't see or speak to a doctor regardless of what is the matter with you for at least two weeks. So reluctantly you wait for a Doctor you have never seen or heard of before, who has no idea of your history (if you suffer from a reoccurring issue). You get the feeling all they want is for you to shut up and leave - they're level of care is non-existent. I've just changed doctors and the service is just incomparable, receptionists are polite and doctors actually listen and want you to get better."

"If you want an appointment at this doctor's you'll be waiting about 2 weeks to get one. The receptionist have no manners and the GPS just want you in and out so they can get home. I would definitely NOT recommend this practice to anyone. New review -- I really hope I get my tablets on time because last time I went 3 days without my tablets and had quite a few epileptic seizures and now I've just ordered them again and the receptionist said sorry your not due them phone back at the end of the week, I always order them a week in advance because I can't go without them due to my uncontrollable epilepsy I'm really not happy with the service at this place can't wait to change surgery"
