All I can say is that the staff are absolutely brilliant, helpful and efficient. I can’t believe how quickly they help. "Ring at 8.30, asked if they could see me at 12.30 to repair a slow puncture. No Problem. Turn up at 12.30, it’s gonna be 20 minutes before anyone can look at it as we’ve got a backlog of cars from last night... and then it’s 30/40 minutes to repair. If you knew there was a backlog, don’t say come in at 12.30. Nice, polite and professional both on the phone and over the counter but don’t tell me there’s free time when clearly there isn’t! Waste of time."
"LOL quoted me £135 to change my 02 sensor, rang around and was quoted 40 to 80 pound. HiQ tried to have me pants down."
"5 stars when it comes to tires! Best guys in Dudley, have whole range, budget, medium range, and high end stuff... Staff are really nice and helpful and can't fault them on that. I only use this place for tires, not for any other mechanical issues so can't review that."
