"AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Trash company, appalling customer service!!!! Bought a outfit for my daughters birthday received a completely different outfit when I contacted them via WhatsApp I was given an apology and told there “sales team” would be in contact, two days later nothing so I contact them to say I’ve heard nothing regarding my order and receiving the wrong item, after no reply for another two days im told best thing I can do is return for a refund?! This is said to me the DAY BEFORE MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY!! Disgusting service. If you want to have a business work on your customer service it’s obviously needed."
"I should have read some of the reviews here before placing an order. Awful customer service!! AVOID! AVOID!!! Long story short, I placed an order early December 2020, I received the wrong product and they asked me to send it back promising that they would refund me the postage fee. After going back and forth, I didn't receive the correct order and eventually I asked for a refund as they were just giving me false information each time I contacted them. Oh my, the refund was another story. I was promised that I will receive my refund and a text confirmation. I did not receive anything! and no communication at all. They won't bother contacting you at all!! I mean why would they if they are gaining money by ripping people off. I then decided contact them via Facebook and told them that I was going to publish my complaint and report them to the trading standards. Only after that, a lovely lady who manages the social media agreed to help me get my money back. I finally got my money back after 2 months of given a run around. I gave up on chasing them for my postage fee (I paid for a recorded delivery), I still haven't received my money. All I would say is AVOID this store at all cost."
"AVOID at all costs. This place is a scam merchant. I ordered a dress for my little girl for £65plus postage. The dress arrived looking like something from a charity shop it was all frayed with Mark's all over, I contacted them through email because there phone lines wasnt answering, I had emailed them for a good 4 weeks only getting one word awnsers and being ignored until finally they said they would refund if I returned and they would cover the post costs due to it being there fault. I sent the dress back tracked it had been a further 4 weeks yet still no refund, so I phoned and emailed a lady finally picked up the phone and said she couldn't find the dress, yet I had the signature who signed for it clearly lieing anyway I was finally told I would get a refund she would ring me back at 5pm 5 days went by and still no call or refund. I finaly emailed one last time threatening trading standards and finally I had a refund of only £60 out the £70. Full of lies this place its the worst shop I've ever been. Shop else wear save your self the hassle"
"I would like to say AVOID at all costs. I ordered the silver cross 11 piece bundle back in January and the owner Maureen said to pick up near my due date (even though I kept explaining incase the baby comes early I would like to pick up as soon as possible). I am now 37 weeks and for the last two weeks I have been back and forward to baby basics, as when I first picked up the pram there was marks on it and a hole in the net. I explained unhappy so she changed to a new frame and net which had a white mark on it. The frame was even worse with scuff marks on the frame. She then changed over the net to the one with the mark and we had to wait an hour in the car. I had to take home the first frame with the marks. The manager ignored our call for days at a time, we called of a different number and she answered straight away. We was meant to have a insert in our bundle, she said she would get back to us and never did. I told my rights under the consumer acts and she said at 2pm that we need to bring everything down by 3pm for a refund - which was impossible as we was out. She then phoned the next day saying I need to decide whether to keep the pram or refund - I was upset as the pioneer pram online now has a 6 week wait, so if I gave everything back I would be 37 weeks without anything for the baby which is what I didn’t want to happen. I am now left with a scratched pram, no apology and 2 weeks of stress. The pram is meant to be a happy, positive experience and this has been a nightmare that I wouldn’t wish on a pregnant women that because of covid are unable to go to another company."
