"HI Excellent service great people, but, we booked our 2nd AZ vaccine but unfortunately my wife had to go into hospital were they identified sepsis and as a result we were unable to attend our appoinment (I also had a chest infection). we have tried to cancel before the appoinment and subsequently but the system does not delete the prior appointment and our surgury is unable to delete it either so we cant book our second vacine. Bealey Hosptial and people 5/5 software nil points."
"Went for first vaccine lots of volunteers there to help and direct and super fast getting vaccine had to wait 15 mins after in case of reaction but all in all it was fine"
"I Went for my covid vaccine yesterday and was shocked at how rude the man is that stands at the bottom of the stairs, I was sent the link through my gp and classed as priority group 6 in an at risk group, my condition was questioned and I was told I did not qualify to have the vaccine , this was discussed in a hallway in front of about 8 other people, extremely unprofessional and rude talking over me. I could not fault the other staff, the Marshalls and other volunteers but this man was very unprofessional and made me feel completely singled out."
"Well done to all staff involved in the vaccination programme for over 80s! Itook my dad for his 2 jabs. On both occasions it was well organised and the staff both inside and outside on the carpark were friendly and extremely helpful . Thanks to all of you."
"To lynn Spencer, This limit of visitors is throughout the NHS district and is taken upon guidance so that it doesn't cause risk of infection on wards throughout a hospital or respite wards. They are also strict to visiting times on the ward due to palliative /end of life care assessments on other patients, if you were considerate enough to write a review on here, you should consider other patients and patient families scenarios"
