"I bought 2 pinafore dresses, 2 embroidered cardigans and 2 embroidered polo shirts. I had to wait for the polo shirts to come in but paid for them in advance with everything else. The total came to just under £50. I just went back in to collect the polos and was told I hadn't paid for them?!?! I don't have the receipt (which wasn't itemised anyway) anymore as it was 2 months ago and I made 2 phone calls in that time assuring me that the polo shirts were in and paid for. I'll stick to Tesco for their uniform service in future. Cheaper and better customer service."
