"Used Gary and his team at Autotechnik for a cambelt change, water pump and aux belt change on my Audi A4. Really nice guy, very knowledgable. Gave me a car to keep me on the road. Thought I had an issue, offered to take car back. Went back to the garage to discuss, he bought my old part out explained why I experiencing a different temp in car etc.. went on my way with a great piece of mind. "I contacted this garage, Thursday afternoon, and booked in for a diagnostic check as my Catalytic warning light came on, on my VW eos. (I am over from Jersey and in the midlands on a family emergency). My vehicle was diagnosed and part ordered and fitted within 4 hrs. "Highly professional, great experience. Gary and his team are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Their customer service is beyond amazing. My 2011 Skoda Superb was taken in for a major service, DSG gearbox oil and oil filter change, brake fluid change and to diagnose excessive oil consumption. All of the tasks were completed perfectly, I'm very happy with the service received. When dropping the car off, they listened to the problems and then gave a preliminary opinion of what the issue might be. After the service, their hunch was confirmed and they were very helpful in setting out the way to resolve the issue with the car and gave a really detailed and clear explanation of the problem, making sure we understand it all.
