"The main issue we had with the premises in Leeds and Manchester was that access to both properties was awkward for wheelchair users (I have a disability which means I can only move around in a wheelchair). I can't fault the staff at either site as everybody was very kind and helpful but I wasn't sure whether staff had been made fully aware of my mobility issues, both in terms of access to the building and the actual scanning process, which would probably not have been possible had we not brought my own standing device. Any other wheelchair users need to make sure the staff have been told about mobility limitations"
